Coppa

Coppa changes their menu seasonally obviously  I'll have to keep going back to try new things!


Insalata di Asparagi 
Shaved asparagus, fava beans, strawberries, lemon and Bianco Sardo 


Tuna Crudo
Raw tuna, fennel puree, blood orange vinaigrette and walnut dukkah 

Garganelli con Verdure 
House made faro pasta with wild mushrooms, fiddlehead ferns and egg yolk  
Pesce Arrosto 
 Wood-oven roasted cod with lemon vinaigrette and pistachios

 Strawberry Rhubarb sorbet
