Brunch at Trina's

Trina's does brunch on Mondays. Unfortunately I went too late and all of the homemade pop tarts were gone :(

creamy corn fritters 

good ol' breakfast sandy 
buttermilk biscuit, with cheese, 2 eggs over easy, and a choice of bacon, sausage or chipotle-tomato jam

bagel sandwich 
2 eggs over easy, muenster, avocado, lettuce, smoked tomato aioli

Haven't been to Trina's for Monday brunch a bit and since my absence they changed their menu. My favorite the Crispy Mister is gone :( but they do still have the delicious pop tart.
