Chy Thai Cuisine in Boulder Co
Chy Thai in Boulder Colorado is the best Thai place I have eaten at to date.
I compare all other pad Thai to the one from here.
The key for me is how they prepare the tofu. It's not fried but, boiled and tossed into the wok. Imo it's much better that way.
Fresh Spring Rolls
Tofu and vegetables served with sweet peanut sauce.
Pad Thai
Rice stick noodles stir-fried with tofu, green onions, red onion and slide tofu, topped with chopped peanuts and bean sprouts.
Basil Fried Rice
Steamed rice stir-fried with tofu, Thai basil, and fresh chili peppers in oyster sauce.
