Grill Master Lem @ the Southie Rehab pool

Grill Master Lem at the Rehab Southie Pool always shows all his guest a good time.




Grilled salmon with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, white
wine reduction, topped with diced tomatoes and lemon


Green beans with onions and garlic caramelized
with soy sauce, vinegar and white wine.


Sauteed corn and green bean succotash with a dash
of sesame oil and topped with garlicked spinach.


eggplant, summer squash, zucchini and mushrooms, marinated
in balsamic vinegar, dill, salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil...
