Fugakyu

Found my new favorite roll at Fugakyu. Spicy Tekyu Maki is amazing. Try it.


SPICY TEKYU MAKI
Chopped tuna, tempura crumb, cucumber, spicy mayo and tobikko
SPICY SCALLOP MAKI
Chopped scallop, tobikko, cucumber, spicy mayo and scallion
BLACK FOREST MAKI
Eel, sweet potato tempura, cucumber, eel sauce and black tobikko


Apple Haru Maki
With strawberry puree and vanilla ice cream

    Looks like the best sushi - I'd stop eating sushi as all other sushi will be disappointing compared to this ;)
