Coppa

Coppa offered a Special Valentines Day Dinner I couldn't resist.


Ostriche* - Island Creek oysters with cranberry verjus and apple


Mortadella – Fra Mani Bologne from Berkley CA
Prosciutto di Parma – 24 month premium ham from Parma Italy
Coppa – Cured heritage pork neck from Dartmouth MA


Arrosto di Pepe – Roasted sweet peppers with Turkish spices, feta and aged balsamic
Cavolfiore – Marinated cauliflower with shallots, thyme and ricotta salata


Toast with white bean puree


Hamachi Crudo – Yellow tail with pancetta, quail egg and avocado


Tuna Tartare –Charred cippolini onions, radish and fermented black beans


Aragosta Cacciatori – Roasted lobster hunters style


Fettuccine di Castagna - House made chestnut fettuccine with wild boar ragu and parmesan


Merluzzo Arrostito – Wood oven roasted cod with meyer lemon and pistachio


Fragile Budino di Pane – Strawberry bread pudding with chocolate sauce
Gelato – Chocolate and Hazelnut gelato
