I ate at Desert Edge Brewery last time I was in Salt Lake and had to come back on this trip. The black bean and goat cheese quesadilla was good enough to come back for. Cheap pitchers of beer may help as well.

with Peanut-Plum vinaigrette baby corn, snow peas, fried wontons, pickled ginger-cucumber slaw
Steak mushroom and swiss paninni with cold pasta salad and potato chips.
