True Bistro

After checking out True Bistro for lunch I knew I would have to go back and try out some items off of their dinner menu. I was not disappointed.


Black bean and plantain torte, salsa verde and sour cream


Wilted spinach, smoked tofu, pecans, cranberries, red onion, balsamic vinegar


Boston lettuce, roasted beet, chevre, toasted walnuts, champagne vinaigrette


Seared mixed mushrooms


Cornmeal-crusted oyster mushrooms, horseradish/dill aioli


Seitan piccata, lemon & caper white wine sauce, roasted garlic mashed potato, seared rapini


Passion fruit tart, chocolate fudge ganache, candied citrus zest
